RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURN PERIOD

Products can be returned within 14 from day of purchase.

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Products cannot be returned in case they were:

• – used already;
• – not in a good condition, or not saleable or merchantable;
• – cannot be wrapped back into their original packaging;
• – sold during promotional periods; or
• – returned by customer with excessive return rates.

RETURN STEPS

1. Wrap the products back in their original packing

2. Bring back the product in person to our Lifestyle Shop (location:https://g.page/BMWAliAlghanim)

3. Returned products are subject to final check once they arrive

4. Refund will be made in cash.

REPLACEMENT

Replacements accepted unless the product is damaged by misuse or mistake by the customer, and subject to the terms above.

DELIVERY

Shipping fees will be calculated on check out based on shipping address.
